Service Description
Join us for a hands-on workshop where you will learn the art of fragrance blending and soy wax pouring. Create your own custom-scented candles while enjoying a social atmosphere in the heart of Charlotte. All materials are included, and you'll leave with two unique candles of your own making.

Cancellation Policy
Effective Date: July 20, 2024 This policy applies to all group candle-making experiences hosted by Flows Grand, including birthday parties, bachelorette gatherings, corporate events, and private sessions. 1. Booking & Deposits To secure your candle-making party, a non-refundable deposit of $100 is required at the time of booking. This covers materials, reservation of the date and time, and setup preparation. The remaining balance is due at least 48 hours before the event. 2. Group Size & Pricing Standard group size: 8–35 guests Minimum booking total: $280 (unless otherwise agreed) Packages may include candles only, candles + wine, or candles + wine and charcuterie Final pricing is based on headcount, selected package, and location (in-store or off-site) 3. Age Requirement All participants must be 10 years of age or older to attend and participate in the candle-making party. 4. Cancellations & Rescheduling Cancellations made 7 or more days in advance may be rescheduled one time within a 30-day window, based on availability Cancellations made within 7 days of the event are non-refundable and cannot be rescheduled unless due to an emergency (at the discretion of Flows Grand) No-shows or day-of cancellations will be charged the full event amount 5. Off-Site Events Travel fee: $75 minimum for off-site events (within 40 miles of Charlotte) Client must provide access to the venue 30 minutes before the scheduled event start time for setup Host is responsible for ensuring table space, outlet access, and seating for guests 6. Allergies & Safety Candles are made using 100% soy wax and clean fragrance oils Guests with fragrance sensitivities or allergies must notify aubrey@flowsgrand.com at least 48 hours before the event Hot wax is used during this experience. All guests are expected to follow safety guidelines during pouring and handling 7. Photos & Social Media Flows Grand may take photos during your event for marketing and social media use.
